Things I Learned Today

My hubs and I went up to Tahoe for the day. It was gorgeous. And like most trips, you need to stop for food. I learned that there is such a thing as too much garlic and gluten free is not a choice but a necessity. 

I had a bite of my hub's pizza. Then later I had an ice cream cone. Now, up until this point I figured I was going gluten free because it may help. Well, now I now gluten and I are not friends. At all. So, gluten free is my life from now on. I'm excited about the new journey and excited about how it makes me feel. More energy, happier and of course, weight loss.
