Easy Berry Cobbler:
you will need:
4 ramikens
Almond Flour
Almond slices
Coconut oil
Organinc Maple Syrup (Trader Joes has a great one)
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
1 lemon
Organic berries of your choice. I used organinc raspberries, blueberries and black berries
Fill the 4 ramikens 3/4 of the way with berries. Cut the lemon into 4s and squeeze each wedge over the berries.
Combine:
1 cup of almond flour
1/2 cup of almond slices
1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
1 tsp organic maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
Stir the almond mixture and spread evenly over the ramikens. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes or until the crust is hardened and carmel brown. Let it cool and eat!
This recipe has no added sugar, no gluten and is completely delicious!
