This is my new favorite sweet treat! It is not only gluten free, it's 80 calories and has only 9 grams of carbs! It's perfect for a low-cal, belly-fat cure diet. Proof! It's healthy! It's Greek yogurt and healthy and you feel amazing eating it. It has great flavor too! I also purchased toasted coconut with vanilla. I am curious to see what that tastes like.
I am in half-marathon training so I need to drop some weight while building muscle. Problem is, I really, really like food. So o need healthy and tasty options. I think I found it. Get some of this fabulous yogurt and you be the judge.
